Okay I THOUGHT I was leaking oil from my oil pan gasket (according to the oil change place).
Oil is not red last time I checked??
Does it look like its leaking from that bolt? Is that the oil or tranny drain?

Red fluid is normally tranny fluid. if you have red fluid on your oil pan, you could have a front tranny seal leak. that is the seal that goes between the tranny oil pump and the torque converter, the torque must be removed to replace the seal.....

I kinda feel stupid. I went and checked under the truck that day and that red that you see in the picture that I thought was red fluid turned out to be some sort of plastic something attached to the drain plug.
Im thinking when I took the truck back to the oil change place, and they checked the work. Do you think they put some kind of sealant around the drain plug, and this could be that? I checked and checked again but couldn't find the exact leak, or any other evidence of red fluid.
