That all depends. Are you looking for performance mods or cosmetic ones? Do you want to mess with the exterior or the interior? Are you looking to go for flashy or subdued?

Okay heres what you need to do, 1. you definitely need some train horns (don't be cheap get the good ones). 2. get a sweet confederate flag paint job that is ripping through the black paint. 3. gotta have a smoke stack(even though its gas motor) through the bed right behind the cab and make sure you get a 12 in stack (bigger=better). 4. Massive 01 on the doors and while you are at it just weld the doors shut, oh don't forget the steer horns on the hood(horns=bada**). 5. even if it is not lifted, just throw some 35's in there, who needs wheel wells or fenders any way. 6. don't worry I didn't forget about the inside, all you need is a 21" jack hammer sub (only a couple $1,000), it has real nice bass 8. oh don't forget your foot shaped gas pedal, gives you at least 5hp extra. FINALLY- don't listen to anything this post says, I am just messing with you, train horns would be pretty cool, and if you do any of the other things please send pictures. Just let us know what direction you plan on going so we can give "good advice"

You could get a chip, headers/exhaust, cold air intake, throttlebody spacer, grille, fender flares, hid headlights, lift/leveling kit, rims/tires, just some suggestions that don't cost too much and are simple to do and if you got the $$$ a supercharger would be awesome =p

It also depends if you're aiming for a street look or a more aggressive and off-road capable truck.
