ok do i need to know anything about switching the injecters before i tear it apart??? and about the going up a hill any thoughts on maybe a super charger or maybe a procharger???

Before you consider forced induction, try the injector swap. I don't know much about the process, but injectors that don't allow enough fuel to flow will cause the vehicle to run lean, especially in higher RPM ranges, so having the correct injectors could essentially solve your problem.

You simply remove the top of the fuel pod, remove the injectors and drop in the new ones. If you want to disconnect the fuel lines you can replace the whole fuel pod from one TBI to the other, this would include the pressure regulator.
