Here is a stock 05 1500 with 285 70 r17 or the same thing as 285 75 r16.

i am a big bfg fan and i would try running 32x12.50. there a little hard to find but my friend runs them and he has no problems. you could run 33's but you might rub a little on sharp turns or big bumps
