Red face Where does this line go?

Im just checking a few things out on my project 91 silverado and I found this vaccum line lugged with a screw. does anybody know where this shoud be going? and if it makes any difference?

Brake booster? That looks like a 1/4, is the distributor vacuum advance hooked up, although that should be ported.

It's probably something on emissions. Look around the proximity of the end of the hose without stretching it, see if there is something not hooked up.
