Default Will 4.1 gears work on 35" tires?

I'm thinking of adding a 6" lift and 35" tires to my 06 2500HD. It's got the 6L gas engine and 4.1 gears. Is it going to be too much of a dog at low RPMs with those gears? I use it mostly for towing a 2500 pound bass boat.

Thanks.

no. you will notice some loss of hole shot. but in a month it will seem normal. the 6.0 has so much power that it handles my 6000 lb donzi with ease. you will be able to calculate you new gear ratio by marking the wheel and drive shaft and comparing the number of rotations. i'm guessing 3.70 which is a good gear for all around use.

it wont dog off the line the 6.0 with 4.10 will still launch you fine...and how does changing tires give you a new gear ratio....?
