1994 Sierra. When I turn the key my wipers are turning on they turn off and on whenever they want. I know it has to be a wire somewhere. I looked at battery to body and eh ground strap looks ok. Is the only one ground strap underneath.

 

Have you been having any problems with any lights, eg. turn signals, brake lights, etc., not working? If so it may be the relay switch in the steering column that the wiper/turn signal switch is connected to. You might try and see if there is a way to test and see if that part is bad before you go off and buy one considering that it cost me around $260 when I bought the thing.

That may not be it, but that is the only thing I know to tell you.

 

Resolder the connections on the circuit board at the motor. All ills will be cured.
