Default Wiring bundle for power side mirrors?

Can anyone tell me if the 2011 Silverado 1500 LT max tow 6.2L with power heated side mirrors has the factory wiring bundle to change them out to power tow mirrors with heat AND turn signals? GM dealer parts center says they don't sell the tow mirrors with turn signals, but I have found they are available at many other locations.

Yes, just plug and play. And they do, any gm dealer can get them for you.

I guess my dealer parts department does not want to sell me the mirrors. I specifically asked for ones with the turn signal in them and they said they were NOT available from GM. He quoted me $600+ for a pair without turn signals, which is out of line with prices I have found elsewhere, plus not in my budget.

Thanks for the plug & play info.
