Default Wiring problem 1996 chevy 1500

I decided to replace the a/c condenser that is behind the dash in the cab of the truck. In order for me to get to this I had to pull the whole dash out. I got the part in and now the a/c works great, but now i have a new problem. Now the instrument cluster is all messed up. The wiring seems to be off or something. When I engage the turn signal the tach and speedometer will move back and forth. And the high beams indicator will come on when the high beams are off and vise versa. The speedometer will also lock in place whenever the highbeams are engaged and it won't move. Also the cruise control is not functioning any more as well as the radio. I was wondering if anyone had a clue on what this is thanks.

Either you have a ground wire not bolted on somewhere or one or more connectors is plugged into the wrong place. No one is going to be able to tell you where or why because it is most likely installer error and not something that fails on its own. Carefully go back over your work. Look for anything disconnected or any wire harness that do not look like they should be routed as they currently are. The piece you replaced in the dash is the evaporator not the condenser. The condensor is in front of the radiator.
