Hello I have a 2000 silveraldo that won't start when it's hot or it's hot out when it starts it will purr like a kitten. So far this is what I have done to solve the problem new starter, fuel pump, complete intake system, temp sending unit, oil sending unit, thermostat, egr rebuild, new plugs, wire, coils.

Let me elaborate on will not start, It does not even try to start won't turn over!! And I do not have any codes!

Any other ideas?

 

Did it just die from attempting to start?.
I have had the starting when warm issue and it was the crankshaft positioning sensor. With that replaced it solved the issue for me. Many stories on it also if you look it up.
