Default Z-71 Fake?

Whats up guys
is there a certain letter in the vin that tells you if its a true Z-71 and not just some cool stickers on the bed the truck in question is a 2006

i'm not sure about a letter in the vin, but a true z-71 will have bilstein shocks, and skid plates under the engine, tranny and transfer case. not sure about the 06's, but 08 z-71's also have an automatic locking rear differential.

From what I have read all Z-71s have billstein shocks, locking diff, and skid plates over engine, tranny, and transfer case.

the Z71's also have the aluminum block HO 5.3 where the regular 1500's have the iron block.
