useally i get a email as soon as they reply to a post or send me a private message.. i saw a few posts at noon today and they didnt come to my email til like 3..anybody else havin this? my internet is going like it should. and my MSN is recieving email as soon as i send it.

 

i don't get any emails from here till after midnight, then they all come in at once

 

i have mine set on instant notifcation.. however u spell that..

 

me too, but never got instant email since i joined. usually kickin around here alot anyway, so never really worried about it.

I have mine set to send me an email only if I get a pm, I get enough email at work as it is.

 

The e-mail server might have been busy.

I have noticed about a 3-5 minute delay lately, but I figured it was the check intervals of the POP3 system in the Entourage program I have on my Mac.
Now that you have mentioned it, they normally come instantly to my phone and they have been a little delayed too today.

I think whatever the problem is, it will remedy itself.

 

i just thought that you guys might have been working on the site or sumthing. but who knows because now it works just fine

 

I think due to network problem it is possible second thing is that the site moderator send you,you have to check your ssl is active for SMTP in your mail client,sometimes it's also possible due to your SMTP or server problem,If you have an Exchange account, when other Exchange users send mail to your real name, your username, or your preferred email address, it will always arrive in your Exchange mailbox.
