Default 2005 Aveo lt. Won't start after spaying engine compartment

Yeah, I know stupid thing to do high pressure spaying under the hood. Drove it about two blocks and it stalled and died..

things I've tried
1. Pulled all connections off to air dry for a day.. Still no start.
2. New Crankshaft sensor
3. New Cam shaft sensor
4. New ignition coil
5. New plug wires and plugs gapped at 44.
6. Can hear fuel pump engage

Still just turns.. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions where to go from here?

although its unrelated; make sure the timing belt didn't break. Its common if you don't change the belt on time.

remove the oil filter cap and have someone crank the engine over; do the camshafts turn over.

If thats ok check for spark with a spark tester
If you have a scan tool; see if it can communicate with the ecm. Is the ses light on?

I had to pull the timing belt cover to get to the Cam Position Sensor and it looked fine.

I will double check for spark. Haven't rechecked for spark after I installed new ignition coil. Where should I start if there isn't spark?.

Will check for camshaft rotation as well.

Only got spark from #3 plug! New coil and crankshaft position sensor.

I did not see any movement inside the engine with the oil cap off.

I'm perplexed!

if there is no camshaft roatation while cranking; your timing belt or idler pulleys are broken.

remove more of the inspection cover. It may look fine at the top where the cps is but broken further down.

tech2 you hit it right on! The plastic idler pulley has shattered, picked up a new one for $20 buck and having the shop install!

Just hope that's all it is!

New timing belt and idler pulley installed. Now no compression.

Engine shot while stopping at a stop light at less then 5mph when engine stalled. Interference engine is the biggest joke on the planet! Plastic timing pulleys and rubber timing belt? Really Gm! I should have known not to buy this POS!

I guess lesson learned..you get what you pay for! Thanks Deawoo and GM!
