Aircharger for 2009 aveo

hey mates,

i have a 1.4 2009 aveo5 with 95 HP, what i want to know is that can i replace my air filter with an air charger ?

I am sure you could find some thing for several thousand dollars. In the end it still will not be fast as it does not have much to begin with. On the plus side it will be faster then every other Aveo on the road.
