Default P0016, P0017 and P1101 codes

Hi, I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic with 69,000 miles on it (1.4 engine) from an auction. The engine isn't running smoothly. After scanning with my Blue Driver, I found three error codes: P0016, P0017, and P1101. I've replaced three sensors (two camshafts and one crankshaft), but it hasn't resolved the issue. Visually, the MAF sensor appears to be in near-new condition. Should I consider replacing the timing chain and the MAF sensor? I'm open to other suggestions as well, especially since replacing the timing chain is the last thing I want to tackle.

This is how sensor problem diagnosing is done. Don't be a parts changer.
