Reduced engine light and lights flickering

Reduced engine light and lights flickering
I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe, I have been having problems first i had gas mixed in with oil. I did a complete oil change, and and cleaned throttle bobyand
still had reduced engine light. Checked codes an said TPS sensor changed it and my thermostat was bad as well changed it. Still have reduced engine light, low rpms wount go over 1 1/2 rpms,and found out my fuel pressure regulator was bad, changed it.Still have reduced engine power light, low rmps not over 2rpms, headlights an dome lights flickering,and idles hard. What can be causing this????????:
