I will have all information on this product soon including how to remove the mirror assy from the door, and how to disassemble the mirror to replace the gear in question.

Please stayed tuned, this is coming. The price may adjust some as this project is more expensive than originally planned. The existing pre-orders will not change in price, however the price may increase a bit in the next few weeks for new orders to account for the cost of this project. Hopefully not alot.
