**Will these tires rub? 305/35/R24**
I have a 2002 4WD Tahoe w/ level load shocks in the rear.. I am looking at asetof 24in Rims w/ Kumho ECSTA STX P305/35/R24 tires.
Will I need any mods to the truck besides brakes. I am worried about rubbing around the wheel wells.

You might have a little rubbing on the inner front fender at full lock and hitting a bump. Check out this web link to compare sizes: http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp
I had an '04 & an '05 with 305/50R20's and they would rub a bit when in the mentioned position before I took a heat gun and streched the plastic a bit. After that it was fine. I suppose if your running 24's you wont be going off road but if you did you might see that the rear tires will rub on the plastic inner fender where it bulges out for the shock. You have to be pretty articulated for this to happen though andthen you'll be scuffing up those nice rims!
Hope this helps.

Using http://www.powerdog.com/tiresize.cgi
for a tire calculator, that tire will be 32.4" in diameter.
I had an 03 Yukon 4WD Denali with BFGs 285/70R17 which was 32.7" in height mounted on stock Denali 17" rims.
The fronts rubbed when turning right to go up a hill and when in reverse with wheel cranked all the way to the right.
It will also matter what offset you are getting on the new rims.
