03 suburban driver info center

my dic will not function . the fuse is ok. any suggestions?

I hadmine go out awhile and when I took it to have another radio put in, they had told me that it was a fuse in there that was blown. The fuse is behind the instrument cluster somewhere. They replaced it so I have no idea where it is.
