05 Chevy Tahoe, When abs and break light on no crank

05 Chevy Tahoe, When abs and break light on no crank
HELLO,
I am an 05 chevy tahoe. It has a no crank problem when the ABS light and Break light comes on. However if i clear the code with the scanner i can start the truck.
Truck also has sluggish go in drive. Goes decent in 2nd and 3rd.
What i have done...
New Battery, new alternator, new ignition switch, checked all fuses with voltage meter, checked all ground wires, checked codes, cleared codes.
Here are the codes
C0196, C0455, C0292, C0050
P0300, P2761, P0753, P0740, P0332
