05 Fuel Filter
Dealer told me the o5's don't have fuel filters, mine has gotten sluggish lately and really seems to hesitate.Had a friend with an 04 that replaced fuel filter and said it drove like a new one power wise. Any other ideas besides air filter and plugs?
thanks

How many miles do you have on it?
You still have a fuel filter but its built into the fuel pump that is in the fuel tank
Its not rocket science to replace but it is a little work if you so choose to.
When I replaced my fuel pump in my 97 tahoe I was very pleased with the contidion of the tank, there was no water or any debris, when I changed the fuel filter (which was seperate and accessibleunlike yours) it always appeared clean and never contained any water that I could tell.
My point is that most name brand gas stations filter the gas very wellbefore it ever enters your vehicle so its unlikely that the filter is your cause of sluggishness.
I would try running a few tanks of premium and a couple of bottles of injector cleaner, check the conditon of the plug wires.
