Default '05 Tahoe Rear Liftgate Issues

Has anyone had any issues with their Liftgate hydraulics quitting on them? I used the Liftgate on Sunday pm and on Monday am, it would not stay in the open position.

In cold weather the struts lose pressure and may not hold up the liftglass or liftgate.
They are nitrogen/oil filled and will wear out over the years.
If they are not working make sure that you replace both struts, replacing just one may work for a short time but it will cause the new strut to fail prematurely.
