06 to 02 transmission swap

06 to 02 transmission swap
Will the xmission in the 06 Z71 Suburban drop into my 02 Suburban lt 4wd and work ok without changing anything other than the neutral safety switch? I've been told that the NSS switch is all that has to be changed.
