found this in Ebay....I am thinking of ordering it, its $7 its a 10MB file

I suspect that its probably an outdated listing, the part numbers and hours to complete are probably accurate but I'd bet the prices are outdated...just my guess...
The part numbers and time to install is really what is important to most general purpose users..

I agree which is why I kept hard copies of the Corvette parts book before they went digital. Even tho P/Ns sometimes change, the database can usually get the current P/N. Of course not many parts for '73 Corvettes are stocked anymore. 
Another valuable feature that's often helpful is the exploded view contained in the parts books. Usually more detailed than the FSMs.
