I was under the impression that the "fire" looking wood grain was from the Yukon Denali. In any case, over on some Ave forums they were talking about the part numbers for an entire swap out (meaning they got the entire Denali wood kit).

Nope ... I believe it's of the inside of an Avalanche and as I said quite awhile ago in this thread, the woodgrain color's in the Denali and the Tahoe don't match.
That is the guy that I was speaking about who redid his entire dash with the darker color so he could get the bezel to match. I thought about doing it but I don't think the darker color goes too well with the cashmere interior.
As Dave said, he's no parts guy. Although I know we all rely on him for part and other very valuable information I believe when it comes to modifying our rides it's up to us to try and figure out what is needed. I thank he and Landon for trying and thanks Dave for looking into it on Monday.

I'll take Daves information over ayone elses when it comes to part numbers or anything else
He said he will look into it Monday and I am sure he will. I hope sooner than later. I have to take my part back Monday and hopefully will have the correct part number. I wonder if this pisses my parts guys off?? I hope not!

I second what big said. As far as I'm concerned Dave knows his schit!! If you know anyone more knowledgable about our vehicles I'd like to see it.
