Does anyone know if I can replace the 07 Tahoe DRLs with the ones from the Escalade?

What exactly do you mean by DRL's, Driving Lights?

I guess I don't understand what is different about the Tahoe DRL's vs. the Escalade DRL's. I know the Caddy has the HID headlights but I was unaware in a difference beteween the DRL's.

If you go to the Sylvania website they have a breakdown of the bulb sizing for every single bulb on the tahoe/escalade, I assume you could compare the two and see if you can in fact change out the bulbs between them.

 

Yeah, the escalades do have HIDs..thats what ive got for my lo beams, and i want to switch out from the yellowish tint to a bluer tint..and eventually have all my lightsconverted to some sort of blueish tint

 

Oh yeah I want to do the same thing as well but I can't find anyone anywhere who knows much about changing out the DRL's to a blue type DRL. I saw a few items on ebay that says it will give your DRL's an HID look but I don't want to spend $50 to find out if that is really true or not.

yeah, ive been looking and if you go to slyvanias web site, the bulb sizes for the escalde and tahoes are different...because i was just going to go to the local cadillace dealership and order replacement bulbs and put them in mine...but it looks like that option is now ruled out...the bulb size is 3157 and i have been unsucessful finding something similar to the slyvania silver stars for them

 

I put in silver stars for the turn signals which look really cool but like you I couldn't find anything for the daytime running lights

 

are they a yellow? like the normal turn signals or the blueish tint? what did you pay?
