I have an 07 SLT Yukon and would like to change the rear lights. I really like the rear lights of the 07 European Escalade. Is it a plug & play replacement or would it be necessary to re-wire, install resistors and do all kinds of complicated stuff?

 

You would have to do all sorts of stuff to get them to work properly.

 

rewire with resistors and adapt the backup light on one side as the Euro set has fog lamp instead.

It can be done if they are anything like the US caddy lights.

 

Thank you guys. You made the decision much easier for me. I'll go for the Denali lights since I understand it is a stright forward replacement.

 

If you are a little handy you can get this done. The instructions for converting the US version are available on here. The fog lamp would be up to you.
BTW... I have a set of Denalirearlights thatI removed to install Esky lights. I will ship them for $150.
