Default 07 Hood protector

Hey guys, the hood protector for the 07 Suburban and Tahoe are color coded. I have a white Suburban, how do you think the color coded deflector will look? Anyone have any pictures of one installed?

I have seen them on the road, but no pics. I prefer the painted look as it blends better with the OEM vehicle style, but its a personal preference.

Even though they are color coded they cover the upper Chrome edge of the grille and you can tell they are there. May not look as bad with white but on darker colors the missing chrome stands out to say something is amiss.

if your going to put a shield on definitely go with a painted shield. Smoke, clear, chrome, and oh camo are you only real other choices, so painted would be my choice if iwere going to put one.......we sell shields all day long and smoke seems to be the most popular due to price but just seems to loose the beauty of the front end for me. GO PAINTED if want one, cant go wrong, blends the best......oh and paint the ventvisors as well if your planning on getting those.

summitwhite, send me an e-mail to jdkluck@mtu.net and I will attach some pictures of the GM Accessories grill that I have colored matched on my 2007 Tahoe. I think they look really nice and sharp, but it is just me and I guess everyone has there own opinions.
If someone can tell me how to embed the pictures on the message board let me know and I will post them that way.

Is that an actual picture or photoshop?
I've only seen one and it partially covered the upper chrome edge. This Tahoe had all kinds of GM crap on it so I assumed it was a GM guard. I certainly could be wrong though.

Doesn't mean it's an actual photo. They cheat too.Look at the gap at the top of the grille and bottom of the hood. It would be nearly impossible to attach anything with out partially obscuring the top. I was just trying to point out a minor downfall off a guard on this body style.
DEI has one. May not be GM though

Eureka. I found it! It's white and everything. Looks like the GM one doesn't hide the grille. At least it looks like the GM one...
