I hadn't noticed the "Super" Lockpick before. I would definitely be interested in that one.

LookslikeCoastal Tech is reading this forum...(Come on,reply toour group buy!) ... theychanged the website again, now the "buy 20" button works correct for the Super Lockpick... shows $4480 for 20, so you are correct, $224 each... I don't think the "dealer discount" buttons were there last week...were they?

 

When I spoke to them yesterday they said that we could get a group discount or a dealer discount, but they are different prices. The dealer prices are for a one location shipment with a large quantity order and "someone else" would be responsible for the splitting of the order and re-shipping. The group discount would not be as great but theywould giveus codes to use and they would ship directly to individuals. I don't havethe ability to do the splitting and shippingmyself, otherwise I would offer tohead the dealer option.

I just got off the phone with Coastal and they are going to call me back with pricing. The only units available right now are the GM Super Lockpick and the GM GEN3. The OnStar Lockpick is not availabile at this time. When they call me back I'll see what there plans are for making more of the OnStar unit itself?
So, we need to see what model we are going with, the Super or the GEN3? Iaskedthem to give me pricing for both of them. They will also give me pricing for shipping to one address and shipping all 20 to anindividual address. Lets see the pricing before me make up our minds witch route we want to go?

Coastal has called me back, they need to get vback to me with pricing and see what we are going to go with. What looks like will happen is every memeber that wants a Lockpick will log onto there site and put it in there shopping cart, when it comes time for checkout you will have to enter a coupon code (most likely "chevroletforum") for the discount. I will keep evryone posted about what is going on.
