Default 07 Suburban belt tensioner, 2 bolts

Trying to replace the belt tensioner on my 2007 Suburban w/5.3L for the 2nd time. The first time I did it I bought the replacement part from the dealer and it has lasted a little over 12 months, figured I would go with aftermarket 2nd time around. However, all the aftermarket pieces I find have 3 mounting holes - 2 that match mine and an additional bracket an hole that interfere with my block. Has anyone else run into this?

Go to rock auto. That's where I got my belts and pulleys and ac tensioner. Went fine for me. Replaced original 2006 factory belts @120k

Thanks, went to their site. I like how they put all the brands up on one page. I can see that it is only the A/C Delco part 12609719 that has 2 holes. I agree with your comments on nbs vs old Suburban.

yeah, i really like rock auto, heres your cheap, mediocre, good quality, and then top of the line...

i believe i bought Goodyear all around... cant remember, but the best belts to buy are Good year Gator Backs, very nice belts.

and yes, we still love and miss our 2002 dearly... the 07 is ok, some nice features but nothing mind blowing like the 02.

also, i found the build sheet for my Burb. $55k, almost every option... new LTZ's START @ 58K!!! unbelievable that they cost this much and dont live very long...
