Default 07 suburban blend doors

I have a 2007 suburban LT that I just bought, the front only blows hot air out the drivers side vents no air on passenger side blows out and won’t move to defrost. The rear vents blow cold air. I’ve tried the reset by pulling the battery fuse (38) but no luck. Which blend door actuator should I check or what else could I check to fix it. It’s been sitting for a few months before I bought it. Blower motor works fine.

I believe there are THREE actuators for directing the front air flow.

Watch these

Some have cleaned out actuators to fix them

We've had 1994, 2005, and now 2014 Suburbans/Yukons and all have had actuator issues. I had a mechanic do on the 1994, I replaced on the 2005, and I cleaned out one on the 2014 to fix....

What would cause all the actuators to stop working? I don’t imagine all 3 would be bad. I pull one actuator off and turn by hand now I have cold air on drives side now but still have hot air on passenger side and no defrost. The actuator I pulled out doesn’t look original looks to have been replaced recently.

Cheap plastic gears, manufacturing cost-savings. Oftentimes these make a clicking sound as the gears slip.

You may have a broken Blend Door, we may have a fix. You would have to look thru your glove box to confirm which box you have. if you go to our website look at the Visteon and the Delphi Kits,
