Default Rear Seat Entertainment ports dead?
2021 suburban. Just found out the HDMI and USB ports for the rear seat entertainment do not work. No light around the ports, the system does not see USB or HDMI devices when plugged in, USB won't charge my phone.

I checked 3 fuses labeled USB and 1 fuse labeled RSE. All good.

Any ideas?
