Default 07 Suburban LTZ no blinker sound & radio won't come on.

I've had my 07 Suburban for about 3 years. It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally the radio won't come on and the blinkers will have no sound. If I kill it and come back about 15 minutes later it'll be fine. I can also disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and things are fine when I reconnect. It doesn't have a nav or lockpick. Truck battery is practically brand new (I just installed it 2 months ago.) I'm not wanting to take it to the dealer. I don't wanna be charged an arm and a leg to solve an issue on a 16 year old vehicle. I saw a thread posted about this issue. Did anyone ever figure out a permanent solution to this issue?

your turn indicator sound comes from your speakers, so if the radio doesn't work then neither will they.

You stereo is probably just be failing.

See this thread if you have not resolved it yet. There can also be a 3 amp current draw that keeps killing your battery and the fix is a software update to the BCM from the dealer. I have the same issue and I am in process of getting it fixed.
