Default 07 Tahoe LTZ - Mysterious Squeaking

I've got a 07 Tahoe with around 104K miles. Lately its developed a squeak I can't seem to pin point. I can't tell if its from the front or back. It seems to change frequency with the RPMs of the engine, however it doesn't squeak unless it is gear. I figure if it was a U joint it wouldn't change with the engine and if it was a belt, pully or tensioner it wouldn't require being in gear.

Its worse during acceleration. It climbs in frequency with the engine and lowers when it shifts. If I put it in neutral and rev it, it doesn't seem to squeak.

Any one have any thoughts? Brakes look fine. plugs, wires and belts were replaced not that long ago (edit: 101k). I think it was about 3 or 4 months ago.

Edit: I wanted to add that I had a transmission cooler added and the trany and transfer case serviced at around 91K miles.

Are the belts AC delco or aftermarket?
AC off or on?
The belt may be dirty/greasy
for the $20 of a new belt its worth a try and you can always keep it as a spare...

AC on or off, it doesn't seem to impact. I believe the belts are duralast. I bought them at Autozone and they didn't have an AC delco, neither did O'Reillys. I looked them over with a flashlight and I didn't notice any sign of dirt or oil. I'm not sure I suspect the belts since the noise seems to go away when I stop, shift to neutral and rev the engine. If there are no other ideas I may follow your suggestion and replace them before I have the expense of taking it to a shop.

Something else to consider is the take up pulley...

New helpful fact, apparently it doesn't have to be in gear for it to squeak. I played with it at a stop light on the way home. If I change to N and rev to 2k+ rpm I do hear it. So I am guessing its back to a pulley or or something.

Had the same issue with my '07 turned out to be the water pump. I caught mine while I was still in the extended warranty so they replaced the pump and belts.

Hey Dstanely, did you ever figure out what the squeaking was? I have a similar noise I'm trying to figure out. I posted here:

hoping to find some answers. Any info you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
