Default 07 tahoe nav install questions

I just installed nav in my tahoe and two questions:
1. The VSS isn't working and I used the JP Customs kit to the green/white wire. Anyone had this happen to them, or know how to fix it?
2. The clock can't be set, is it because the gps antenna isn't installed yet? I already had the unit flashed so the radio is working.
Thnaks, Chris

you're on the wrong Green/wt. wire. I'll bet that your thermometer on the mirror is wrong too!!!

the green and white wire is in the bcm and i believe there is 2 of them so u will have to test them both. also if u do a search there is some info about a gps install and it has a pic of where exactly u need to go to find the vss wire. if u still cant find it u can always go to the wheel.

Your clock wont set? Have you driven it down the open road? Out of the garage? Mine just took a while for it to set the other day when I removed the HU.

your Nav Radio clock will not work without GPS antenna connected, as well as few other functions.
if antenna is not connected , your Nav does not know your vehicle position
