Default 07 Tahoe power steering whine

i have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L 4x4 that recently started making a whining noise, when accelerating, after traveling from Fl to Ga. The noise only occurs when in gear and I press the bass. about 2 months ago I had a new power steering pump installed along with a new serpentine belt, which cost around 900$. After receiving my vehicle back the noise was still persistent. I took it in multiple times and the noise is still there. As annoying as it is I dealt with the noise and drove my truck to g.a once again. This time however upon arriving back in fl, close to home, my transmission started hesitating/slipping going into second gear. After taking it to the grocery store moments ago I noticed the check engine light is on as well. Can anyone please help me with diagnosing the problem or experienced anything similar?

So I had the transmission replaced as well thinking it was the torque converter and the noise is sill persistent! Any thoughts?
