07 Tahoe suspension issues
Ok I'm hoping for some help. I've looked around the forum and found a few other people with the same problem. I have a NBS 07 Tahoe LT3. A couple weeks back I brought it in to the dealership because it would squeak when hitting small dips or bumps. At first I thought it was the suspension, but ended being the drive shaft needed to be lubed.
Since then the noise has subsided, but I have noticed the suspension or ride seems to be very stiff. The tahoe doesn't float or ride up anymore when hitting small dips or pulling into a driveway. I am not really happy the way the tahoe rides now.
The dealership says they did not tighten anything up or adjust the suspension. Anyone know what can be tightened or adjusted that will stiffen the suspension? Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks.

I have the same noise that you do but they are going to replace the slip yolk with a new one, I guess the 07's are prone to needing "lubed"...
I cannot imagine anything that would cause a rougher ride by just putting lube on the drive shaft

The dealership said they would replace the yoke if it continues to make noise.
It just seems the suspension is stiffer since I got it back from the dealership.
So does anyone know if there is anyway you can make adjustments to the front or rear suspension on a 07 tahoe?

yes i know they dont come with them (for 40k they should be computer adjustable though) but if he wants a softer ride he could purchase new shocks, maybe the mechanic messed with his seat positioning and he cant get it back? only thing i could think of that would throw the way a vehicle rides of by seat-of-your-pants judgement
