Hi!
I'm new to this forum as we are considering the purchase of an '07 Suburban. However, a thread on another forum indicates there may be a problem with the Suburban's transmission; slipping when starting out in first gear.
Does anyone know if this is a pervasive issue?

The Edmunds forum is the one to which I referred in my original post.
We have put our purchase on hold until I find out how serious this transmission issue is.
