Hey guys I have a 1991 Chevrolet S-10 Tahoe and for some reason I keep blowing my fuses for my dome light, electric windows, and electric locks. I think I might be using the wrong fuses. I just bought a variety pack of fuses and I need to know which amp fuses go where. If anyone has a diagram or nows where to find one that would be great! I dont have a fuse cover but I bet it would be on there.

 

On a vehicle that old it could be anything, you want to figure out what is being operated that causes the fuse to open and then go from there.

That fuse is a 20amp.

 

Does the fuse blow as soon as you put it in or when you use one of the above mentioned accessories?

 

No it does not immediately blow. Im just missing most of my fuses atm and need to know which amp fuses to put where.

 

Sounds like you've been a busy lttle test pilot.

 

A Haynes or Chilton's Manual will have the fuse information. If you don't want to buy one, you might check with your public library. Many of them have the manuals. Or you could check salvage yards for that missing fuse panel cover.
