Default 1992 Suburban - Front Seat Head Restraints

On 1992 Suburbans, were driver and (Front) passenger head restraints:

A. Manually adjustable only?

B. High Back, non-adjustable only?

C. Both available as options?

This is sort of an arcane question, but I'm looking for a definitive answer or additional source, for the purpose of constructing a crime scene model.

I've already found a 1992 owner's brochure, but it did not address the issue.

Appreciate any information on this subject.
