Sometimes when i start it, it bogs and dies. But it will start right up the next time. its like it is getting flooded. You can also smell gas fumes out of the exhaust.

The guy i bought it from said it needs an ignition module. I am not sure if that is the problem or if it is two separate problems. I believe it is getting too much gas. What could it be?
