1995 Suburban Cuts out except when its below 20 degrees outside
This baby runs great, except occasionally when i take off on a hill from a complete stop, or when it seems the transmission is shifting down and the engine is starting to work a little harder, then it tends to cut out. I have replaced the fuel filter, the injectors, and the fuel pressure regulator on top of the throttle body, but this hasnt fixed the problem. I have not checked the fuel pump yet, but my experience is that it works or doesnt, but that was in older vehicles. PLEASE HELP.
Thank You,
Andrew

Hey Andrew, I have a 95 SUBURBAN as well, and I had a similar problem, which masked itself as a FUEL PUMP on the outs. It ended up being my FUEL PUMP RELAY. It actually degraded over a period of a couple months. My wife would be driving it, and all of a sudden, it would shutdown on her. The problem also mimicked an Ignition Control Moduleon the verge of full failure as well. I changed the fuel pump and it worked for a few days, and shutdown again on her, and that is how I finally realized the true problem. HTH's and good luck
