You can't go wrong with the AC/Delco brand, unless you have done heavy mods to the engine and have a non standard ignition system OEM is the way to go. Its possible the Delphi brand is a repackaged version of the AC.

note: all manufactures of the parts can clam they are of OEM spec (which can be true however, that can be minimum spec it doesn't mean they have to meet all)

Thanks in2pro,i found AC/DELCO on Summit racing and the prices were real good the problem i'm having is hard starting and running rough if it rains out the night before if it didn't it starts right up and runs great i have a new set of 8.5mm wires and new plugs witch did solve this problem,i sprayed water on the coil while the engine was running and it still ran good the wires did smooth it out somewhat, the upgraded spider made a difference also

Have you checked fuel pressure, I know it doesn't seem related but it could be...

update: i got a AC/DELCO cap and rotor from Summit the rotor had a blue plastic shield installed between the center and tip, my old rotor didn't have this and i found some small black cracking in the old cap right above this area i'm thinking when it was wet out side it would arc up to another cylinder in the firing order because after three different rainy nights it fired right up without a problem

now to work 02 code PO141

thanks
