Default 1998 Tahoe No Start When Warmed Up Issue

Good day everyone. I have a 1998 Tahoe with a frustrating no start once warmed up condition. I've been troubleshooting, or more like firing the parts cannon at this problem for awhile. Generally speaking, if the engine is warmed up, it will sputter and die almost immediately when I try to restart it. Most of the time I can stomp the accelerator and keep it running, but not always. Initially I had no codes or MIL illuminated. I've replaced the ignition control module several times, and some of these replacements would throw a P1351 ignition circuit over voltage once the engine failed to start. I can't tell if the P1351 code is a red herring or not because of this. Until recently I had no other codes my basic scanner could read until a P0430 catalytic converter efficiency below the threshold popped up. I borrowed a nice scanner that has more functionality, and it says I also have these codes: P1351A, C0281 stop lamp switch circuit, B1049, & B1071 internal sensing and diagnostic module malfunction. The C0281, B1049, & B1071 codes were a surprise because my brake lights work (cruise control doesn't) and I'm not aware of my Tahoe having been in an accident before. Any information on where to go next would be appreciated. Below is what I have done so far.

I didn't see damaged wires near the ignition control module, and the connection is tight.

I've cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the MAF, cleaned the EGR, and the EVAP purge solenoid is functional.

Parts Replaced:
  • Distributor assembly (including cap/rotor)
  • spark plugs
  • spark plug wires
  • ignition coil
  • ignition control module
  • crankshaft position sensor (Crankshaft position relearn performed after)
  • fuel pump
  • fuel pressure sensor
  • fuel filter
  • spider injector assembly
  • fuel pressure regulator
  • Idle Air Control
  • coolant temperature sensor
  • PCM (I thought this solved my issue as the problem went away for several weeks after installing the new PCM)
  • brake switch
  • knock sensor
  • upstream and downstream O2 sensors
  • PCV valve
