Alright, so I have a 1999 chevy suburban K1500 LT that I have been working on for sobriety therapy. I'm 24 years old and have a relatively decent understanding of how things work mechanically but im no professional which is what brings me here... I've never been on a forum for anything and im not sure how this works, so here goes. First off im planning on swapping my 99 dual headlight grill for a single headlight girll probably off a 93, im doing this for a esthetic purposes. Does anybody here have any insight or advice that I might find useful? That's just the next tangible step, there's probably gonna be a lot more question asking posts from me

 

Don't blame ya. I have single headlights on my 98 K-1500. You need to measure everything to make sure it fits and check the headlamp connectors to see if they match up for starters. I'm an old fart and I can remember when GMC pickups came with four headlamps and Chevy's only came with two, back in the days gone by..

 

You are probably going to have to change the radiator core support to make that work.
