Default 1999 Burb ATF problems

Hey toguys, I have a 99 K1500 Burb and Its burning rich fuel. I've put a larger intake and it still isn't pulling in enough air. When I give it throttle, flames come out my tailpipes. I don't have a muffler but I haven't had one for several months so I don't believe that's the problem. Has anyone gone through this and know if its a sensor or I need any new parts? Thanks for the help.

Ordered a new Flowmaster due to this, does anyone know if that will make a differance? I sure know I won't see flames anymore.
