Arrow Oil and ATF Leaks

Hello, new to the forum. I just picked up a '97 Suburban 1500 4x4 with 200k miles. I did a basic engine tune up and new brakes.

Problem - It appears to be leaking oil from the oil pan, ATF from the transmission pan, and oil from the transfer case.

Question - Does anyone have any experience changing these seals? I have a bit of experience turning a wrench but never done this before. Anything special I should know? What parts should I replace if I open up the tranny pan?

Thanks for any help

ps - this is my first Chevy and so far I like it.

the oil pan gasket is easy, If you drop the tranny pan, might as well change the trans filter.
