I am getting 3 engine codes from my 1999 Suburban 5.7.

p0102 MAF sensor code
p0420 Catalytic converter
p0430 catalytic converter bank 2

I am on a extreme budget on this issue. Is there a single fault that may be causing all three codes? What would be a good diagnostic checklist to help find the real issue here?

Actually it runs like a champ (A champ with 200,018 miles on it ;-)

I got picked off by the emissions test center, otherwise I would not have known. The check engine light no longer comes on so for now I plug in the reader when I suspect an issue.
