I have a 1999 GMC suburban with a 4l60e. Vehicle has 83,000 original miles. Won’t shift into 3 or 4 gear. Drives great, no hard shift from 1 to 2. Have reverse. Will go in drive. Changed fluid and both solenoids. Fluid was clean, pan was what you expected on an oil change. Pulled fuse out and it drove which felt like it was in a low gear.
