Default 1999 Suburban hard time starting when it's cold

I have a 99 Suburban with 200,000 miles on it! In the winter when it's cold it has a hard time starting. Today was probably the worst it look me 22 minutes to get it started. But It was trying to fireup the RPM would jump a little then it would go back into cranking. I let the fuel punp push fas through a couple times and still dosent hel. pThis only happens when it's cold in the summer it fires right up! Just wondering if there's anything that could be done and anything that will help! Thanks!

sounds cold blooded. I would suggest a block heater and see if that helps. with the miles on it and age, it's about that time...

Today I was told its the fuel injectors. I still have the spider web design that was discontinued in 2000. He said he was amazed that its gone this long. It was estimated $800 to replace the design and injectors.
